For this particular haircut I used an horseshoe-shaped section, cut the sides and back very short. I left the remainder of hair longer. I cut in a circular. It’s a bit edgy, however it’s extremely soft. This is my personal hairstyle that I love the most. It lets you take more freedom of expression even though you’re making the style more conventional.

The look is quite universal. It is possible to achieve similar short wedge cuts without the huge disconnect that this haircut comes with. In general, I’d say this haircut could be washed and gone however it is usually better with the bare minimum of styling, and preferably complete blow drying. The advantage of having longer hair is it will settle and will take a lesser period of time dry. For this particular cut the finer hair with a bit of texture is best however, that shouldn’t stop anyone from trying it! I’m also a big fan of products that create texture once your hair has dried to style such as this. To her am a huge fan of dry lift by AG Hair!
It won’t make hair shiny, but it can be used in a way to repel oil since it’s essentially dry shampoo in the form of a paste. If you’re looking for a way to let your hair loose slightly I’m in awe of the texture spray by Oligo.

I wouldn’t recommend this style for those who has extremely thick or coarse hair, as it could be prone to creating an uniform form on the forehead. The best finishing product is Matrix Height Riser!
