15 Gorgeous Wedge Haircut Ideas for Short & Thin Hair

For this particular haircut I used an horseshoe-shaped section, cut the sides and back very short. I left the remainder of hair longer. I cut in a circular. It’s a bit edgy, however it’s extremely soft. This is my personal hairstyle that I love the most. It lets you take more freedom of expression even though you’re making the style more conventional.

Do you have any suggestions for someone who is thinking about this?

The look is quite universal. It is possible to achieve similar short wedge cuts without the huge disconnect that this haircut comes with. In general, I’d say this haircut could be washed and gone however it is usually better with the bare minimum of styling, and preferably complete blow drying. It all depends on the texture of the hair.

The advantage of having longer hair is it will settle and will take a lesser period of time dry. For this particular cut the finer hair with a bit of texture is best however, that shouldn’t stop anyone from trying it! I’m also a big fan of products that create texture once your hair has dried to style such as this. To her am a huge fan of dry lift by AG Hair!

It won’t make hair shiny, but it can be used in a way to repel oil since it’s essentially dry shampoo in the form of a paste. If you’re looking for a way to let your hair loose slightly I’m in awe of the texture spray by Oligo.

What would you say about this style?

This is a multi-faceted classic bob style with a modern twist of deep texture and color. I like the depth that is created in the base formula the rich chocolate mocha made with Matrix ColorSync and how it simply melts into the ends of the raspberries!

Do you have any suggestions for someone who is thinking about the idea?

Things to think about the first thing to consider is maintenance! Shades that are trendy tend to fade more quickly, so rinsing using cool water as well as applying high-end shampoos and conditioners like Biolage Color Care is a must! A minimum of 3 times every week will prolong the life of your hair by using dry shampoo between. I wouldn’t recommend this style for those who has extremely thick or coarse hair, as it could be prone to creating an uniform form on the forehead. The best finishing product is Matrix Height Riser! Height Riser provides the ideal amount of body and texture.

What would you say about this style?

The hairstyle is called a Pixie cut that has many layers and texture. The most appealing aspect of this hairstyle is the versatility it can be. It is easy to change it from an edgy and fun look (like in the image) to a more sophisticated and sophisticated style by pulling it back behind the ears.

Anyone have any advice for those who are considering this?

It will require some maintenance. I recommend a cut at least once every 6-8 weeks to ensure it looks amazing. This style is suitable for all facial shapes and can be used by anyone who has a medium or coarse hair thickness. Also dependent on hair’s texture, the hair could require additional styling and products. For those with straight to curly hair might find this style easy to style. All you’ll need is needing to blow dry the hair using your fingers, then apply some paste or texture spray on the ends, and then you’re out! If the hair is curlier, longer time is required to style your hair. Hair with curlier texture should be smoothed with the help of a blow-dryer and a flat iron or round brush prior to applying any sort of styling product that has texture.
