VLC
The last app we have on our list of apps to have on Apple TV is VLC. VLC differs from other apps since it is primarily designed for users who stream material at home. For instance, you can use VLC to stream content to your Apple TV from a network hard drive. You don’t need to worry about converting files beforehand because it supports all video and audio formats. The app is easy to use, but unless you are familiar with networks, setting it up can be a little tricky.
